I hope that is not a problem if i write to you in English… I ordered a dress on this site www.belledress.de and the item I recieved it doesn’t look like the one in the pictures on this website. The material is different, the cut is different and I am verry dissapointed. I tried to solve the problem with them… but they lat me on this point : „find a shop to alter it first at your local“. My answer was: I wont do this because the item i’ve got will never look like that dress on website and I will not lose other money for that. I have pictures, I can send you the conversations with that people. I want to return it and I want my money back. Can you help me?
